1. PayPal Payment

PayPal is a secure online payment method.

You can pay using credit/debit cards through paypal even though you don't have a paypal account.

Please follow the instructions to check out as follows.

  1. After selected buy now for the items you would like to purchase, proceed check out.
  2. Select paypal as a payment method.
  3. Once you are at the paypal site, select "don't have a paypal account" below password column.
  4. You can now entre your credit card details.
  5. And it is done! You will receive a confirmation email from paypal and notification from Beloved by Sophie once your item is dispatched.

2. Delivery

Free delivery for any orders over £75 ($150) with first class recorded service or airmail

UK

Delivery within the UK is £2.50 for the first item; and then £1 for each additional item by First Class Recorded. Your order will require a signature on delivery.

If Special Delivery is required, it is £6.00 for the first item of any value and your order will require a signature on delivery.

International

Delivery outside of the UK is £3.50 ($7.00) for the first item; and then £1 ($2.00) for each additional item by Airmail shipping

For insurance and signed for service, it is additional of £3.50 ($7.00)

Please note that Airmail shipping is sent unregistered and therefore please choose this at your own risk as Beloved by Sophie will not be held responsible for missing items sent in this way.

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days after payment is cleared; if there is any further delay we will contact you by email.

To UK, usually takes 2-5 days after payment is received. To all other countries, please allow 7-14 days to deliver. Please exclude weekends and bank holidays.

3. Packaging

All jewellerys come with gift pouches.

4. Return Policy

If there are any problems, exchange can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us and we can arrange to fix, give you an exchange or credit for the next purchase. We do not offer any cash refund at the moment.

Please also note that we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers' responsibility until they are received; please insure your jewellery by obtaining proof of posting.

We will refund the postage costs on faulty items upon returns.
